Sarah offers real-world solutions to challenges that stifle organizational health and performance from her multidisciplinary training and extensive multicultural, multi-professional experience.

Sarah founded SKH Consultancy LLC upon earning her Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Keller Graduate School of Management in Chicago, Illinois and a Master of Divinity (MDiv) from Western Theological Seminary in Holland, Michigan. As a Certified CoreStrengths Facilitator specializing in Relationship Intelligence (RQ), Sarah aims to inspire thriving relationships at work to advance interpersonal and organizational development, strategy and performance for winning outcomes.
